About Gobstoppers
Welcome to Gobstoppers!
We pride ourselves on being a centre that teaches the performing arts with fun, enthusiasm and from our own professional experiences from working in The West End & Television. This enables the students to gain confidence and be proud of their achievements, regardless of talents.
There is no audition to be part of the company and it is the taking part that counts, whether a singer, actor, performer, back stage, technical, chorus.....
We began in 1994
Since Gobstoppers began in 1994, we have:

Produced 160 major productions from Musical Theatre to open air Shakespeare

Currently over 200 members

Become a registered centre for LAMDA, GCSE & A Level

Achieved excellent results in all examinations

Run 11 classes a week after school and on weekends

We now have our own drama studio in Berkhamsted for classes & examinations

An Excellent reputation for teaching and producing the best from all our members

Performed at Her Majesty's Theatre in London's West End

Students have appeared in Matilda The Musical, Harry Potter, Les Miserables (West End), Grange Hill...
